FREQUENTLY ASKED

Answers to common questions

Does it cost anything to talk to you?

No. Consultations and case evaluations are always free, and you pay nothing unless we win — we work on contingency.

Why call you before my insurance company?

Once we're involved, insurers take the claim more seriously. We handle communications, document the full loss, and keep you from saying something that undercuts your claim.

Do I need a public adjuster or an attorney?

A public adjuster can estimate a loss, but only an attorney can litigate a denied or underpaid claim and pursue bad-faith damages. We often work alongside adjusters.

My claim was already denied — is it too late?

A denial is not the final word. We regularly reopen denied and underpaid claims, and most policies allow time to dispute — but deadlines are strict, so call soon.

What types of claims do you handle?

Property damage, personal injury, nursing-home negligence, health-insurance disputes, workers' compensation, and more. See the full list on our Practice Areas page.

What areas do you serve?

Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Colorado, and Texas — with six offices and statewide representation in each. See locations.
